United States — distributor accounts
Distributor accounts losing movement
Distributor networks lose accounts gradually, and the signal is usually spread across several reports. AutoModel reads the order history you already export and ranks the distributor accounts that need an account manager’s attention this week.
Why the account looks fine until it does not
A distributor account rarely stops ordering outright. Reorder intervals lengthen, the average order value slides, and a product line drops out of the mix. Each of those sits inside normal variation on its own, so nothing triggers until the account has already moved.
Where the signal hides
- Reorder intervals lengthening against the account’s own history rather than a fixed threshold.
- Order quantity or value declining across territories that are reported separately.
- A product line dropping out of an account that otherwise still looks active.

One order-history upload is enough for a first run. You get a ranked account list with the reason each account was flagged and the next field action, in about five minutes.
