How to start
The pilot: one upload, weekly lists, one readout
The purpose of the pilot is simple: give account managers a useful ranked list and see whether it improves the weekly field conversation. It is free to run, and it asks for a decision only after the field has judged the output.
What the pilot includes
- One order-history upload from the source you already use — CSV, Excel, billing, or ERP export.
- Weekly ranked lists through the pilot, so the field works a fresh list rather than a month-end report.
- A readout at the end: which flags the field found useful, which were noise, and what that implies for rollout.
Recommended pilot setup
The pilot should be small enough to act on, but large enough to create a meaningful dealer ranking.
| Decision | Recommendation | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Pilot market | Pick a region where you are second or third | Strong dealer density and fast field follow-up. |
| Market size | 30+ active dealers where available | Enough movement to rank, small enough for ownership. |
| History | 12–18 months of order history | Captures seasonality, promotions, and normal reorder cadence. |
| Cadence | Weekly during the pilot | Avoids daily noise and month-end delay. |
| Success | 20–30 flags reviewed; useful field actions confirmed | Makes the pilot about field outcomes, not model claims. |
Free to start, no budget request
- Free access: run one territory, inspect the ranked list, and judge the signal.
- Field utility: are the flagged dealers worth a call or visit this week?
- No budget ask: the pilot asks you to try the product, not approve a rollout.
What shapes rollout pricing
There is no list price, because deployment shape drives cost. Rollout pricing depends on:
- Data sources — how many systems AutoModel reads from and whether it fetches automatically.
- Account volume — how many active dealers and territories are in scope.
- Rollout scope — how many regions, branches, or sales teams are covered and in what sequence.
- Support and cadence — how much onboarding and reporting support the rollout needs.
Connecting to approved billing or ERP sources for automatic runs carries no extra integration charge.
